Rules & Regulations
- Wally's Bar and Grill is hosting both our Friday night Sponsors and Media Flight and our Sunday morning brunch. The Sponsor Friday night festivities will begin at 8:30 at Wally's.
- Check in is from 3-5 PM at the Super 8 in Gardner. If you don't make it to the hotel in time we will register pilots at the park from 5:15 -6:15 before the 6:30 pilot briefing
- The Master Briefing will be held at 5:15 Saturday morning at Celebration Park. The normal time for the morning briefing will be 5:45 am on Sunday and Monday mornings and the evening pilot briefing will be 6:30 with both morning and evening meetings being held at the Celebration Park.
- The map is on the web site for those of you who want an electronic version. Email Jason for the username and password if you don't have it.
- Attached will you will find the rule book for the event. Since we will be flying under a wavier a rule book for the event is required. You will see it resembles the National Balloon Classics rule book. Thanks to Greg and the Classic for saving me hours of time and letting me model our rule book using theirs.
